【臺北訊|2025年12月】由「全球國際教育交流大聯盟(GIEEMA)」主辦之國際合作說明會,於2025年12月在立法院舉行,貝里斯大使與巴拉圭大使親自來臺,向臺灣各界說明未來在教育交流、科技合作、農業發展、再生能源與文化永續等領域的合作方向。
本次會議具有歷史意義,東部人民團體首度正式參與國際發展與外交層級合作說明會。
社團法人臺灣臺東可持續生態農業發展協會理事長 鄭林俊傑,代表臺灣東部及原住民部落出席,將部落的聲音帶進國際合作平台。

會中,貝里斯與巴拉圭代表說明,未來期待與臺灣在以下重點領域深化合作:

教育交流與人才培育(獎學金、雙聯學制、教師交流、STEAM 教育)
農業科技與永續農業(AgTech)
再生能源與綠色經濟
數位教育與縮小城鄉落差
文化、創意與永續旅遊

鄭林俊傑理事長表示,原住民部落長期實踐與自然共存的智慧,正是國際社會高度關注的永續核心價值。透過與貝里斯、巴拉圭等友邦建立合作機制,未來可在部落層級推動農業示範、教育培力與青年國際交流,讓世界看見臺灣東部的真實力量。

本次合作說明會象徵臺灣外交與民間力量的深化連結,也標誌著原住民部落正式走進國際教育與永續發展合作體系的新起點。

Eaational Cooperation Briefing for the First Time
Ambassadors of Belize and Paraguay Visit Taiwan to Promote Education and Sustainable Development Cooperation
Taipei, December 2025 —

A landmark international cooperation briefing, hosted by the Global International Education Exchange Alliance (GIEEMA), was held at Taiwan’s Legislative Yuan, welcoming the Ambassadors of Belize and Paraguay to Taiwan to present future collaboration opportunities.

This event marked the first-ever participation of an Eastern Taiwan civic and Indigenous organization in an international development and diplomatic-level briefing.

Mr. Cheng Lin-Jun-Chieh, Chairman of the Taitung Sustainable Ecological Agriculture Development Association, attended the meeting as a representative of Eastern Taiwan and Indigenous communities, bringing local voices into global dialogue.

The ambassadors outlined key areas for future cooperation with Taiwan, including education exchange, agricultural technology, renewable energy, digital education, and cultural sustainability.
Chairman Cheng emphasized that Indigenous communities hold vital knowledge in ecological stewardship and sustainable living. Through partnerships with Belize and Paraguay, community-based cooperation in agriculture, education, and youth exchange can create long-term, mutually beneficial outcomes.

This briefing symbolizes Taiwan’s growing role in global cooperation and represents a meaningful step toward Indigenous participation in international development.
